CRUI, Conference of the Italian University Rectors, through the CRUI Foundation:

is responsible for implementing the activities of the national university system;

is responsible for inter-university coordination and for this purpose has put a number of pre-selected degree courses together in a network.

The management committee of CampusOne is the Campus board, comprising 15 members proposed by CRUI. It:

:: chooses and approves the feasibility projects advanced by universities;
|
| |
|
:: periodically reports to the Presidential Committee and the General Meeting of CRUI; |
| |
|
:: reaches agreement with such bodies for coordinating strategic policies and monitoring activities. |
