is this new position? The didactic manager is innovative professional
figure who oversees the processes and organisation of the "academic
course" but not its teaching contents.
The MD does not have teaching duties and liaises between the university
and the labour market.
With whom does he/she liaise? He liaises with the teaching
staff, to promote improvements in the services and extend relations
with the external world. The MD can therefore be recruited among
personnel within or outside the university.
What does he do?: He/she oversees relations with students,
the head office concerned with academic courses or the presidential
offices of the faculties and the territory.
